Mask #22: The Lens of Sostris

A helm mask that encircles the upper part of the wearer's head.
Their eyes covered by coquelicot colored octagonal-lenses.
Tiny bio-organic tendrils bury deep inside the back of one’s skull and weave themselves into the host’s neural network.
The esoteric geometries of proportion, measurement, and composition become all that the wearer can see.
As the filaments merge with the host’s nervous system, the source codes of Sostris’s Anthracomantic Meditations1 become known as if second nature to the wearer.
Removal of the mask is not impossible, but it will result in the certain death of the wearer.
Every day, the source codes update.
The wearer of the mask will roll 1d6 daily, with the result determining the amount and spells known2 they can cast daily as if a Cleric of that level.
